Every Jutsumist is a pre-order. Batch 1 ships in 2-4 weeks from your order date. This timeframe is shown on the product page, in your cart and in your order confirmation.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email.

If we can't ship on time

If your order can't ship within the stated timeframe, we will email you before the deadline with a new estimated ship date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund or keep your order.

Cancel anytime before it ships

Email jutsumist@outlook.com with your order number any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full.

Damaged or lost parcels

If you added Shipping Protection, we replace damaged, lost or stolen parcels free of charge. Email us photos of any damage within 7 days of delivery.
