FAQ

When will my order ship?

Jutsumist is on pre-order. Batch 1 ships in 2-4 weeks from the day you order. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves, plus batch updates while it's being made.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes. Email jutsumist@outlook.com any time before your order ships and we refund 100%. No questions asked.

How does it work?

It's an ultrasonic cool-mist humidifier inside a 34 cm hand-painted statue. Fill the tank through the hole behind his heels, press the hidden button on the back of the base, and mist flows from his mouth while red LEDs light his eyes.

How is it powered?

By USB, from any USB wall adapter, laptop or power bank. It switches itself off when the tank runs dry.

Can I use scent oils?

Yes. Add a few drops to the water. Every Batch 1 order includes 3 scent oils.

Is this an official licensed product?

No. Jutsumist is an original fan-inspired statue and is not affiliated with any anime studio or rights holder.

How do I contact you?

Email jutsumist@outlook.com. A real person replies within 24 hours.
